"Arcade" by PEZ Artist is a dynamic acrylic painting that captures the electric, overstimulating rhythm of hyper-modern urban culture. With 10 years in the UK, working in the television industry as a camera operator and editor I turned my hand to graphic design after returning to Australia. These backgrounds have informed both my narrative and technical approach. I use ink, markers, conventional and airbrush techniques, I strive to engage with a restricted palette, simplified imagery and a playful approach to common tropes and perceptions.
